        This project
was a sketch item for the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Business Studies Graduation
& Alumni Ball held at the Hilton Hotel. The theme of the Ball was 'Titanic'
hence the script was written to complement the theme. The story was
about how a young sailor boy got acquainted with a pretty waitress working
on The Love Cruise. Their love blossomed but was soon intercepted by
her mother who disapproved of the relationship. The sketch adopted some
scenes from the movies 'Titanic' and humourised them. The sketch had
no dialogue and the cast acted on narration accompanied by music. |

        'You,
Me, Him' was one of the plays presented for the Drama Nite organised
by the Paya Lebar Community Centre Women's Association. The play's setting
was a Dinner and Dance function where the employees discussed about
company politics. They gossiped, amongst other things, the potential
staff to be selected for a promotion in which the MD was to announce
later that night. However the result was most unexpected. Besides the
above play, Stage Pals also presented an impromptu sketch based on 5
props obtained from the audience. |
